Accessibility at SeaSpace
We’re working hard to make SeaSpace as accessible as possible.
Easy-to-access lobby spaces, sensory gardens for anyone who needs time out from the bustle, pool hoist and under-counter hearing loops make sure everyone gets the full SeaSpace experience. We’ve also signed up to the Makaton aware initiative to key into guests’ needs.

For all
Strong WiFi, ranged seating heights, quiet areas, accessible and non-gendered toilets; we’ve worked with consultants on our shared spaces to make sure everyone gets the most out of them.
Work out, or float away
Our pool and gym have accessible changing rooms and adaptable equipment. Our pool hoist ensures easy access, down lifting with weight in 28 seconds, uplifting with weight in 22 seconds.
Café & bar
Our food and drink spaces are located on the ground floor and are all accessible, including toilet facilities.
Get active
We work with Wavehunters, based at the Extreme Academy, Watergate Bay. Wavehunters work in collaboration with Coastal Crusaders who provide accessible surf lessons.
The on site padel tennis is a very accessible game. Easy to pick up, and you can play it in a range of formats, like walking padel or wheelchair padel where the ball can bounce twice.
Park up
Six dedicated accessible parking spots, including an EV charger, make parking easy.
