Our studios and apartments are designed for people who need a comfortable place to live and work. Whether you’re travelling solo or with colleagues, you’ll settle right in — for a few nights or a little longer.
Each space features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable work area, a smart TV (for streaming & casting) and a layout that supports everything from getting work done to winding down at the end of the day.

Work, play, connect
Fast, reliable WiFi runs throughout SeaSpace, so it’s easy to work from your apartment or move into the café or restaurant when you want a change of scene.
It’s the kind of place where you can get a solid few hours of work done — then close the laptop to check out the onsite pool and gym or hire a SUP board and head to the beach (just a five-minute walk).
Feel like connecting with like-minded people? Join a yoga or HITT class or head to the onsite padel courts.
Planning your business stay
We’re ten minutes from Newquay Airport or the A30 and easy to reach by road or rail. Free parking is available on site, and once you arrive, you’ll find everything within easy reach.
