Check-in and check-out
Check-in at SeaSpace is from 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Arrive whenever you like — ease in with a drink, jump in the pool or make for the beach.
After check-out, leave your bags with us and squeeze out the last bit of fun from your stay.
Bookings, payments and cancellations
Yes, the longer you stay, the bigger the discount. Head to our bookings page for details. For stays of 28 nights or more, contact the team directly for a monthly rate.
SeaSpace is cashless. We accept Visa and Mastercard — debit or credit, you decide. We don't accept AMEX.
Yes, you can change or cancel your booking at any time. Please check our cancellation terms for details of any charges that may apply.
We use tokenisation to take payments securely online or over the phone. An initial £0 authorisation is taken when your card details are entered. The balance is collected automatically 30 days before arrival — you'll get an email heads-up 35 days ahead. No action needed from you.

What's in my studio?
No, your SeaSpace kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need. You'll find crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and tea towels, plus a few nifty extras like a colander, potato masher and the all-important corkscrew.
Your bathroom is stocked with land&water shower gel, shampoo and soap, plus extra-soft towels. You'll need to bring your own beach towels. Extra towels can be arranged for an additional charge.
Yes, brooms, hoovers, irons and ironing boards are available from the guest utility cupboard on each floor. Can't find it? Our team is happy to help.
Yes, every studio includes a few basics on arrival: tea, milk, dishwashing tablets and a sponge. Small things, big difference.
Health club, pool and gym
Yes, SeaSpace has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, toddler pool, gym and fitness classes, all included for guests. No booking needed — just use your room key or membership wristband.
Pool and hot tub: open daily 7am–9pm. Adults only 7–9am and 7–9pm. Sorry, kids!
Gym: open daily 6am–10pm, for guests aged 18 and over.

Food and drink
Yes, when you book, you can choose between accommodation only or B&B, which includes breakfast each morning at the SeaSpace café. Lunch and dinner can't be included in the rate, but you can head to the café or Tallo to order from the menu.
Heads up: Tallo can get busy, so you might want to book a table.

Parking and EV charging
Yes, SeaSpace has on-site parking with ten universal Type 2 EV charging points and one accessible EV charging point. One free parking space is included with every booked studio or apartment.
Families
Yes, SeaSpace is family friendly. All large studios and apartments come with an extra bunk room, plus space for a cot if you need one. There's also a pool, toddler pool, playground and indoor playroom to keep the kids busy.
Dogs
Yes, SeaSpace is dog friendly. Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are very welcome, at £15 per night for the first dog and £5 per night for a second.
There's plenty of outdoor space on-site, and the South West Coast Path is right opposite — a 15-minute walk takes you to Watergate Bay, dog-friendly all year round. In Newquay, try Fistral or Crantock Beach for wide stretches of sand, or the Gannel Estuary for riverside exploring.
Accessibility
SeaSpace has two large accessible studios and one accessible studio on the ground floor, with step-free movement across the site. Please note there is no lift.
We're committed to making SeaSpace welcoming for everyone — features include quiet and sensory spaces, under-counter hearing loops and a team trained in BSL, Makaton and dementia awareness.
Practical information
Yes, for stays of more than 8 nights, our housekeeping team will refresh your studio and swap your towels and bedding. Need a freshen-up sooner? Book an extra service with the team for a charge — we just need 48 hours' notice.
Yes, grocery deliveries are welcome at SeaSpace. You'll just need to be on-site to receive your order.
Yes, SeaSpace has limited luggage storage, plus a beach store for surfboards and wetsuits. Speak to our team and we'll sort you out.
Yes, larger apartments have their own washing machines. For all other studios, there's a handy laundry room on-site near the pool and games room, with washers and dryers ready to go.
