Which debit and credit cards do you accept?

SeaSpace is cashless, and we accept payments via Visa and Mastercard. Debit or credit - you decide. We don't accept AMEX.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Plans change, things happen. We understand. You may change or cancel your booking at any time. Please check our cancellation terms for further details and charges that may apply.

Yep, we have plenty of on-site parking, including 10 universal type 2 charging points and 1 accessible charging point.

And with each booked studio, we’ll give you one free parking space.

Do I need to bring kitchen stuff?

In the kitchen you’ll find crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, tea towels and some nifty extras like a potato masher, colander and the all-important corkscrew. We even thought of dishwashing tablets and a sponge to get you started.

Do I need to bring towels, shower gel, shampoo?

Your bathroom will be stocked with land&water shower gel, shampoo and soap as well as extra soft towels. You’ll need to bring your own beach towels.

We’re working hard to make SeaSpace as accessible as possible.

From making sure that moving around the site is smooth and easy, to creating quiet & sensory spaces, from under-counter hearing loops to training our team in BSL, Makaton, dementia awareness and more, we’re shaping SeaSpace experiences with everyone in mind.

We have two large studio apartments and one studio that are accessible.

Yes there is! Dive into our indoor pool, bubble up in the hot tub, or splash around in our outdoor pools (May to September). Our health club features a gym and fitness classes. No need to skip your workout whilst away.

Your SeaSpace will be ready from 3pm. Check out is at 10am. Ask us about late check-outs or early check-ins.

Arrive whenever you like, ease in with a drink or and make for the beach. We’ll let you know when your studio’s all set – by 3pm, latest. 

After check-out leave your bags with us and squeeze out the last bit of fun from your SeaSpace stay.

Absolutely. All our large studios and apartments come with an extra bunk room, plus enough room for a cot (if you need one).

Splash pools, playgrounds and the indoor playroom will keep the kids busy and happy. Check it out >>

Dirty clothes? No sweat! Our larger apartments have their own washing machines, or there's a handy laundry room on-site with washers and dryers.

Coastal living is truly pro pet. And so are we. We’re all up for having well-behaved, house-trained dogs to stay.

We charge £15 per night for the first dog and £5 per night for a second dog. Read our SeaSpace good dog guide for further info.

Too hot? Too cold? Everyone is different, that’s why each apartment is equipped with climate control.

Your space, your rules. Just turn it off, before you go out.

No frills, just thrills! Our bookings are accommodation only.

For food and drinks head to the on-site restaurant or the café, where you can eat in or take out and find a spot to settle on your sofa, in the grounds or on the sand.

If you feel peckish out of hours, the self-service larder will offer snacks, water, local milk and other essentials - all available for purchase 24/7.

On day eight of your stay, our housekeeping team will make your studio sparkle again and swap your towels and bedding.

We use a form of tokenisation to take payments from you online or over the phone. For security, this takes an initial £0 authorisation payment ahead of the actual payment being taken.

If payment is online, you need to input your details at the point of checkout.  If payment is over the phone, we will send you a payment link to input your card details in a secure online payment portal.

Tokenisation is used to take the balance of a booking. You will receive an email 35 days ahead of arrival to notify you of the upcoming payment and we'll automatically take the balance and payment 30 days ahead of arrival.
